Good economic news has been in short supply but a recovering job market, a strong investment cycle and forecasts for a rebound in the key economic statistic of state fnal demand are expected to lay the foundation for a stronger WA economy in 2018 and 2019.  Although it will take time for growth to flter into Perth’s much-watched apartment market, Colliers International’s Director Valuations and Advisory Services John Del Dosso said there were growing signs that WA was shaking off the drag from the end of the mining boom and could be back in a typical growth cycle by 2021.
